Please read these Terms carefully before using Astro Suggest — a Divine World Studios brand operated by Rightsol Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms cover both the Astro Suggest mobile application ("App") and our website at astrosuggest.app (together, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Astro Suggest provides astrological content generated by artificial intelligence for entertainment and informational purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes professional advice of any kind.
Astrology, Vedic Jyotish, Samudrika Shastra, and palmistry are traditional belief systems — AI-generated readings are not scientifically validated predictions. Do not make significant life decisions based solely on App content.
The personas Pandit Ravi Sharma, Rekha Devi, and Guru Prakash Ji are AI characters, not real human consultants.
You must be 18 or older to use the App independently. Users between 13 and 17 may use the App only with express parental consent and supervision. The App is not intended for children under 13.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us at hello@divine-world.com of any unauthorized use. Do not share accounts.
4.1 Wallet Credits
Credits are purchased in INR. On the mobile app, purchases are made via Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple In-App Purchase (iOS). On the website (astrosuggest.app), purchases are processed by our payment partner Cashfree Payments (UPI, Google Pay, and cards). Applicable GST (18%) is added at checkout as required by law.
4.2 Non-Refundable
Wallet recharges are prepaid digital credits delivered instantly and are final and non-refundable, except for failed or duplicate payments and where required by law. See our full Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4.3 Credit Expiry
Credits do not expire while your account is active. Terminated accounts forfeit remaining Credits without refund.
4.4 Free Trial
Every new account receives a one-time free trial of 2 minutes and 30 seconds for the first AI Jyotish chat session. This trial is non-transferable, applies to the AI Jyotish Chat only (not Face or Palm Reading), and cannot be reused.
4.5 Session Billing
AI chat sessions are billed at ₹20 per minute (or the rate shown in the App). Billing is per-second (₹20 ÷ 60 per second), meaning partial minutes are also charged. Deductions occur in real time during an active session. A session ends automatically when your wallet balance reaches zero, or when you navigate away from the chat screen.
4.6 Price Changes
We may change session rates or recharge pack values with reasonable notice. Changes do not affect Credits already in your wallet.
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Upload obscene, abusive, or harmful content.
- Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the App.
- Use bots or automated scripts to access the App.
- Interfere with our servers or infrastructure.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
- Use the App commercially without written consent.
- Share, sell, or transfer your account or Credits.
- Upload photos of others without their explicit consent.
When you upload a photo, you represent that it depicts yourself or a person with explicit consent, and that you have the right to submit it for AI analysis. Photos are transmitted to Google's Gemini Vision API for processing and are not stored on our servers. By submitting a photo, you grant us the right to transmit it to third-party AI services for the purpose of generating the requested reading.
All App content is the exclusive property of Rightsol Private Limited or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
"Astro Suggest" and "Divine World Studios" are brands of Rightsol Private Limited.
The Services integrate with Firebase, the Gemini API, the VedAstro API, OpenStreetMap Nominatim, Google Play Billing, Apple In-App Purchase, and Cashfree Payments (website payment processing). We are not responsible for the availability or practices of these third parties.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Rightsol Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account from Profile & Settings at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rightsol Private Limited regarding the App.
